It was created in 1989 to issue magazine Ethical Consumer and developed to become the main source of information on ethics for consumers, third sector organisations and social companies.

Their technical solution, a web-based social impact platform based on the SROI method, complements Stone Soup Consulting’s approach on impact investing, impact measurement and evaluation. 		VER – Valores, Ética e Responsabilidade – is a web portal which aims at providing a reference service for the Portuguese speaking corporate community, with special focus on the promotion and defence of ethics and social responsibility of corporations and managers. The idea of creating VER was originally from ACEGE – Associação Cristã de Gestores e Empresários (Christian organization of Managers and Entrepreneurs) – however VER is an autonomous project. Its editorial line is supported on the values enshrined in the Ethics Code for Managers and Entrepreneurs, launched by ACEGE in 2005.
		IM Magazine – Is an online international magazine that was created in May 2008 to plant an alternative seed in the mass media field, which has a special concept: promote the best things in the world… for a better world. It has original and exclusive articles from journalists and collaborators from different parts of the world, as well as a platform of videos for a better world.
