To assure that the consultants of our expert network fulfil Stone Soup’s quality requirements, we created a progressive integration process: applicants send their CV and fill in a form available at our webpage.
Only the applicants with potential to integrate Stone Soup Consulting will be contacted. After a face to face interview, sometimes proceeded by a brief telephone interview, and if the result is positive, will the applicants be invited to integrate the Stone Soup Community as consultants in probation. To be confirmed they must undertake a test that can vary: either they can be part of a Project, prepare a presentation to the Community on a theme chosen from the consultant’s areas of expertise, or they can elaborate and present a document, etc. If the test is evaluated positively, they became Stone Soup consultants.
Stone Soup believes that efficiency does not mean investment in physical infrastructures, so we work as a virtual company, using Internet based tools to manage the company and the relationship with our different audiences. Thus, Stone Soup is flexible allowing for people with different professional, family and social demands to join the company.
